We exist to strengthen churches by discipling men to be faithful leaders at home and in the church. Our model is simple, straightforward, and reproducible: pray, develop a relationship, engage in growth together.

    “If we walk in the light as he is in the light we have fellowship with one another.” This is possible, this is critical.

    “You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy, and at your right hand are pleasures forever.” Ps 16:11

About the Ministry

We exist to “proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness and into his marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9). The Gospel, the Good News of a sinless Savior who died for us, compels us and empowers us to grow in His image, and to exhort others to grow also.

Our desire is to be a resource for men who long to grow in Christ-likeness, and help others grow as well.  This is not a new “movement” – it began 2,000 years ago with an itinerant preacher who invested in ordinary men who invested in others.

  • Strengthening the Church is challenging, and because it is challenging, it grew my faith exponentially in a very short time. When our session was complete my wife strongly encouraged me to begin another session and invite as many men as I could think of to join with me in the journey, because she "wants other wives to experience the same growth in their husbands".
